Hey there. I’m back again, and I thought I would post about the holiday assignments found on asknlearn.com. Most of the assignments given don’t have to be done on the online portal itself, so for the benefit of everyone, here you go: (Pardon me if I added some wrong stuff for the Malay assignments! I obviously don’t know how to read it, so I just copied and paste everything.:D)
Sec 2 Express EL Holiday June Holiday Assignment You are to prepare a skit based on the theme of Environmental Conservation. Work in the groups that you have been assigned for the Sungei Buloh fieldtrip. You are required to present and submit your work in Term 3 Week 1. A set of detailed instructions can be found in the following attachment. [I'll post it in another post. It's pretty long.]
Sec 2E CL June Holiday Assignment Do the following items and submit your completed work to your respective CL teachers on the 1st or 2nd day of Term 3.
1. For Journal, please hand in 2 pieces of work (200 words each). You can write about: (a) A Day at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve; (b) A Fruitful June Holiday.
2. For Newspapers' Write-Up, please hand in 2 pieces of work (200 words each). (a) You should look for articles on recent Sichuan earthquake and write your comments; (b) Or Look for articles on environment issues and write your comments. You are required to submit your written work using the school's square papers ONLY.
All works should be HAND WRITTEN and for the newspapers' write-ups do remember to ATTACH the newspapers' cuttings together with your written comments.

Baiklah, terdapat 2 tugasan cuti sekolah ini: 1) PW-Selesaikan PW dalam cuti sekolah ini supaya hasil kerja dapat dipersembahkan pada minggu 1 pembukaan sekolah. Pastikan kamu sudah bersedia dengan model struktur bangunan dan juga scrapbook.
2) Catitan jurnal bagi penerokaan di Paya Bakau (mangrove) Sungei Buloh. Para pelajar dikehendaki untuk klik ke lelaman blog berikut:- www.melayu@sungeibuloh.blogspot.com Dalam blog ini, kamu perlu mencatitkan renungan kamu berdasarkan penerokaan di Sungei Buloh, dalam jumlah perkataan tidak kurang daripada 100 patah perkataan. Sisipkan bersama catitan ini sekurang-kurangnya 3 keping gambar.
Jika kamu tiada gambar, kamu perlu melukiskan 2 lukisan tentang pandangan kamu terhadap aktiviti tersebut dan sekitaran di sana menggunakan program Paint. Catitan kamu perlu ada kaitan dengan gambar-gambar / lukisan yang kamu sisipkan.

Literature June Holiday Homework - Sec 2 Express All students are to do the following: 1) Read Chapters 6 to 10 of 'Animal Farm’.
2) Draw a mind map that reflects one significant event in each chapter (6-10) in your Literature exercise books. You are required to use one full page for every mind map drawn.
This is to help you understand the plot development in each chapter. Your mind maps MUST be ready by the first week of Term 3.
History-June Holiday Homework for Sec 2 Express and Sec 2 NA Read Chapter 6- How did World War II affect Singapore? Then, complete Chapter 6 of your Activity Book. Also, find out more about Lieutenant Adnan bin Saidi. You can write some short notes (about 200 words) and staple this in your Activity Book.
